Mirza Jalal al-Din Mohammad ibn Mo'men Asir Shahrestani Esfahani
Asir Shahrestani Esfahani was a prominent eleventh-century AH poet of the Indian style. His qasidas, especially those on religious themes and in praise of the Prophet's family, also reveal familiarity with mystical and philosophical subjects. His surviving poetry is collected in a divan of qasidas, ghazals, and other forms.
