Biography
Mirza Nur Allah ibn Mirza Abdallah Samani
Omman Samani was a celebrated Qajar religious poet from the literary family of Saman in Chaharmahal. He is best known for mystical and Ashura poetry that combines the epic of Karbala with ideas of spiritual journey and mystical love. Ganjinat al-Asrar is his masterpiece, and Makhzan al-Dorar is another important work.
