Biography
Mirza Fasih al-Din Fasihi Heravi farzand-e Abu al-Makarem
Fasihi Heravi was a sayyed poet of Herat active in the late tenth and early eleventh centuries AH. He grew up in the cultural environment of Khorasan and Herat, and his poetry reflects the connection between the older Khorasani literary tradition and newer Safavid-era trends. His divan contains ghazals and other poetic forms.
