Sultan Bahu

Biography

Sultan Bahu was a Sufi mystic of the subcontinent associated with the Sarwari Qadiri tradition. His life was marked by travel, teaching, and the composition of a large body of mystical writings, and many Persian treatises are attributed to him. In addition to his Persian works, a work in Punjabi also survives, and his influence continues within Punjabi Sufi tradition.
